Pez - Le roi de l'illustration inspiré du graffiti
Artiste originaire de Nantes (France), Pez tire son inspiration du mouvement street art du graffiti et de la pop culture ! Son style est dément, et très identifiable à ses dessins de personnages très sophistiqués empruntés à l’univers de la BD et du dessin-animé. Il les qualifie de « mélange de ‘street-art’ et de rêves, teintés de déconstruction ». Récemment, sa série ‘Distroy’ a été particulièrement remarquée sur la toile.
On ne peut qu'apprécier le soucis du détail et le soigné des reliefs. Il conserve une empreinte majeure de style hip-hop et ‘street art’ dans son travail dont je suis complètement gaga, je bave, je ne vous le cache pas, à chaque fois que je vois passer son travail sur la toile ! Un jour peut-être gagnerai-je assez de sous pour m'offrir un de ses originaux...on y croit très très fort ! En attendant je me balade sur ses réseaux et jm'en met plein les mirettes en m'essuyant le menton régulièrement.
